The Virtual Photos solution from Trueplan has many applications from simple decoration choices to entire architectural schemes.
In our first example the client was simply choosing between 2 different types of wallpaper. We were supplied with some basic measurements from them from which we built a 3D model of the room. They had narrowed their choice down to 2 wallpapers, we managed to find swatches from the relevant websites of the manufacturers and applied them to the room. The results are here to see ... they went for the black and white one in the end!
In this next example the developer was applying to divide this listed victorian property and the bone of contention was how the staircase on the ground floor would be affected by the dividing wall. Again, using measurements supplied by the client we were able to create a 3d model of the hallway and from there rendering in the style prefered by the client we produced this virtual photo which was used in the planning application.
