Floorplans are where we started! We have refined and tweaked our system for producing floorplans over the last 10 years and we really think that you get the best possible value for money. All our plans are drawn to scale and we include every last detail right down to the fixtures and fittings. This has two major benefits:
- The areas that we quote are accurate whether it is the GIA, NIA, GEA or any other you can be assured that we are well within the RICS guidelines. These days so many properties are compared and sold with the area being such an important factor that no agent should be running the risk of quoting areas that are not accurate.
- The plans properly represent the property: that is if you are selling a castle the plans we draw will look like plans of a castle!
In short these factors: attention to detail and accuracy are symptomatic of the ethos of our plan drawing. All our plans are measured and drawn by our full time team here in the UK which means that the individual who measured the property is also involved in the drawing and checking process, reducing wasted time back and forth with you correcting and re-correcting unnecessary little mistakes.
The process works like this:
- You call us (on 01892 614 881) email us or fax us (on 01892 614 882) with details of the property such as:
- address including postcode (if you have it)
- access details - so either the name and number of the vendors or "keys at our office" in the case of a vacant property
- a rough description of the property, just to give us an idea of how long we might need
- and any other details you feel might be necessary i.e. alarm details or large dog!
- We make the appointment and visit the property or accompany you to the property
- Within 24 hours we will have emailed a pdf version of the plans to you for approval and any amendments (such as room names or bedroom numbering etc)
- When you are happy that all is ok we send over the final pdf version and any other image format that you require (usual versions are: jpeg gif tiff png wmf eps although we can do many more). We also make sure that the versions you receive are right for the application so just let us know what the details of the 'empty box' in you webpage is and we can optimse the size and resolution to fit the space exactly.
- Its as simple as that! The whole process is designed to be hassle free leaving you the time to get on with your job.
We understand that brand identity can be very important so we will customise you plans to fit any corporate colours and or styles you wish, including any images etc all at no extra charge.
Finally when it comes to pricing we don't have call out charges, mileage charges or complicated structures we have a price per square foot which is based on the GIA and it decreases as the volume of properties you book with us increases. We will, however, always discuss the option of other payment methods including fixed rates and scaled charges because we will always work the way you want to work!
