With planning permission achieved we work up as much or as little working drawings as needed for any tendering and prepare the building regulations documents and submit. We deal with building control on your behalf amending details where necesasry and maintain a good working relationship with the authorities ensuring that delays are kept to a minimum when it comes to the red tape.
